Business Analyst | Banking and Finance

Our UK/US partner is seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst with experience in financial/banking. They work with the top 25 banks globally and are looking to continue their expansion in the US. They work on a variety of projects such as business transformation, data strategy, IT transformation, audit remediation, and data-driven change efforts.

Key Details- Data projects (Data Remediation, Data implementation, Data Migration, etc.)- Must have experience in the Banking or Financial Services Industry- Full-Time Position- Salary:

• $115,000 - $140,000 for mid-level (5+ years)
• $140,000 - $175,000 for Senior-level (8+ years)

Desired Background - Creating and presenting dashboards and reports (BI Tools - PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense, etc.) for stakeholders- Creating Test Cases, and writing/documenting requirements for IT and Non-IT Team- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources- Fraud Detection and Prevention, Customer Data Analysis, Risk Analysis Management-

Tools/Systems: SQL, ETL/ELT, Agile, Jira, Confluence, Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Cloud (AWS or Azure)-

Projects: Data Integrity, Data Cleansing, Data Lineage, Data Remediation, Data Scrubbing/Cleaning, Data Visualization
